The Job

What You’ll Do

  • Run the show for our online communities—keep things buzzing and everyone engaged.
  • Steer conversations in a way that sticks to our goals but still feels natural and fun.
  • Welcome New Members: Personally greet new members, introduce them to the community, and guide them on maximizing their membership benefits.
  • Moderation: Ensure all posts and discussions adhere to community guidelines, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Content Creation: Develop and share engaging content, including discussion prompts, polls, and announcements, to stimulate interaction as needed.
  • Support: Respond promptly to member questions and provide support as necessary.
  • Feedback: Collect feedback from the community to enhance the experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on community activity, member engagement, and any issues or suggestions from the community.

Who You Are

  • Proactive: You’ve got a self-starter vibe and can handle things on your own.
  • You love figuring things out and aren’t shy about taking charge when needed.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using online platforms and tools for community management. Familiarity with Skool and Bettermode is a bonus.
  • A people person who’s at their best when interacting with a community.

Skills Needed

You’ve done something like this before—managed forums, social media, online groups, etc. (ideally in a business or professional setting)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english with the ability to effectively engage and motivate members.. If you speak german aswell that’d be a plus.

Comfortable with keeping up with several topics and conversations at once.

Organized and independent—able to keep things tidy and moving forward without someone looking over your shoulder.
