Stephanie Dennert

Founder & COO

Stephanie brings extensive experience and operational expertise to Solvona’s leadership. As co-founder and COO, she has been instrumental in the company’s development, ensuring strategic goals are efficiently put into action. Her long-standing consulting experience, guiding over 150 companies, provides her with valuable insights into the challenges businesses face at various stages of development.

With a clear focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, Stephanie leads Solvona with purpose and future orientation. Her experience as COO in two medium-sized companies and her work in public service demonstrate her versatility and deep understanding of complex relationships. Through her academic degree in Entrepreneurship & Management and diverse professional experience, she ensures that operational processes are efficiently designed, strategic goals are consistently pursued, and the company is sustainably oriented.

Stephanie co-founded Solvona Holding and has been leading the company as Chief Operating Officer since its inception. In her role as COO, Stephanie is responsible for operational management and the execution of strategic company goals.

Prior to her current position, she gained extensive experience as a management consultant, advising over 150 companies, and served as COO in two medium-sized enterprises. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and also worked in the public sector.
